Every order is handled with care and dispatched promptly to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We deliver via trusted logistics partners such as Smartpost Itella, DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, and Posti, depending on your chosen delivery method and location.

Delivery Method

Most orders are delivered to your nearest pickup point. If no pickup point is available within 5 km of your address, your order will be delivered directly to your door.

In some countries—such as Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, and United Kingdom door-to-door delivery may be used as standard.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. high demand, supplier delays), delivery may take up to 21 business days. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.

For orders outside the EU (e.g. UK), local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are typically processed the next business day.
  • Some items may require additional preparation time, which will be noted on the product page.

Made-to-order items are crafted individually after your order is placed and usually require 7–14 extra business days for production before shipping.

This applies to select European artisan brands, including:

You’ll see “Made to Order” clearly indicated on the product page, and we’ll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • You can also track your order through your NooredX account.

Multiple Items

In some cases, items in a single order may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details, or
  • the parcel not being collected from the pickup point within the carrier’s deadline,

We will process a refund only for the product price once the item is returned to our warehouse. Original shipping costs and any carrier return charges are not refundable in these cases.

If you notify us before the parcel is returned that you are exercising your right of withdrawal and choose not to collect the parcel, the refund will follow EU withdrawal rules. This includes refunding the original standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs may be deducted if applicable.

If you still wish to receive the product, a new order must be placed.
