Refund policy


At NooredX, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. While we work with reliable suppliers to keep return rates low, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Policy

  • You have the legal right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order. As a courtesy, we accept returns up to 30 days from the order date.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized items, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping is free. We will provide a return label once your request is confirmed.

Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you can initiate a return directly from your order page, email us at tere@nooredx.ee, or contact us through our live chat.

How to Start a Return

Choose whichever is easiest for you:

  1. From your order page - fastest
    • Go to your NooredX account: account.nooredx.ee/orders
    • Open the order, click Request return, select the item, choose a reason, and submit.
    • We will confirm your request and send your prepaid return label by email.
  2. Email
    • Write to tere@nooredx.ee with your order number and the item you want to return.
  3. Live chat
    • Use the chat bubble on nooredx.ee and tell me your order number. I will create the return for you.

Return Shipping & Packaging Instructions

Return shipping is free. We strongly recommend using the prepaid return label we provide, which includes tracking. If you choose to return items via your own method, you are responsible for the shipment until we receive it.

When preparing your parcel for return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • The product is unused and in original condition.
  • The parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and meets return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. This typically takes 3–7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
