Warranty Policy
- All eligible products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship during normal use.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use is excluded.
- Items must be clean when returned for warranty assessment. Dirty products may be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, email us at tere@nooredx.ee and include the following details:
- Your order number and date
- The product name or SKU
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
What Happens Next
Once we receive your claim and review the information, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with the same or similar item
- Full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
Warranty Returns
If a product return is necessary, we will provide further instructions. Please ensure the product is clean and securely packaged before sending. Items that do not meet return conditions may be returned to you at your cost.
